Yes, if you live close by or are calling through the area! Please choose the pickup option at checkout. Our Studio address is in Old Bar, NSW.

How long does my order take to ship?

We have a $10.00 Flat Rate on Standard Shipping for All Australian Orders

Standard Shipping within Australia is sent by Australia Post Parcel Service. We try our best to ship orders within 2 business days of purchase. Tracking numbers for all orders are confirmed via email once fulfilled.

Please note we love our products and take great care to package and address our parcels carefully so they arrive to you in excellent condition. Once the parcel leaves our studio, the handling, transport and delivery time frame of your product(s) is the responsibility of Australia Post.

Parcel Post generally takes between 2-7 business days for delivery within Australia. If there are any major shipping delays due to busy holiday periods or world catastrophes we will contact you with an update.

Shipping costs vary greatly between countries so please contact us to let us know the products you would like to purchase and where you would like to have them shipped and we will give you a quote for shipping costs.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post.

What is our return policy? 

As a small design company we do our best to describe and photograph our products exactly as they look.

All printing colourants and processes of the Australian company we use to print our designs are Oeko-Tex approved. Our tea towels are made from a cotton and linen blend and may contain slight imperfections such as slubbing or yarn variation due to the natural fibres. Sometimes, this may cause a small white fleck on the printing surface. This is all characteristic of printing on natural fabrics and is not considered a fault.

We know mistakes can happen and we are happy to refund for our blunders, but we do not refund for your change of mind.
